Lack of updates... and an update

Lack of updates recently. Mainly because there's nothing to say. Meeting the Yamakasi was absolutely EPIC. Changed my attitude towards training (everyone! work on your rolls, the baguette-heads say ours are bad!). I'll be working on compiling a video from the one hour or so of footage we got.

Ninja Missions on fridays... But I want to change them to thursdays or something. As became startlingly evident during the last ninja mission, queens park gets WAY too busy friday nights. Though it is easy to sneak past a bunch of drunks. If anyone has any other ideas for days, throw me a message.

Hrm... coursework's not going too bad. Still waiting on David to give us our results. Yet to feel challenged *too* much by it but I'll wait for the results before I start gloating. (No, I don't expect anyone to care about my coursework, but I've been told that we need to include information about our coursework in our blog to get the pass mark. We're also supposed to update once a week at least. Oops.)

Don't really have anything else to say so 'til next time.

Slow News Day...

Nothing much really to report this week. Just finalising some details for this Brighton trip, meeting with the council regarding the park some time this week, and a couple of new guys out with us...remember, if you want to start parkour in Loughborough, you're free to go it alone but we (I)'d like to see you nonetheless, so we can all pass on our wisdom and help you train.

My college course isn't going too badly. Starting to get a lot of assignments now, so if I'm not out training on certain days, blame the College ;)

Peace Out
Pugh

Brighton... yamakasi... YES PLEASE!

Due to the situation of Loughborough potentially getting a park specifically designed for parkour/freerunning, me and Floyd (originally Floyd and Flipp, but as Flipp has a broken arm, so he offered up his place to me ^_^ ) have been invited to attend an event at the Brighton park, and meet 2 members of the Yamakasi. This will be a great opportunity for the FlowFlys. The main reason is to gauge what sort of equipment we may need for our park... But also, to quote Anssi, 'show those baguette-heads what parkour is all about'.

More news as it comes.
